We began small. The three of us – the partners – sat down one evening in 1991. The Bhutanese government had decided to privatise tourism and, over a cup of coffee each, we decided to take the plunge. One would handle marketing and management, the second would look after product development, and the third would take care of field operations. Today, 25 years later, our responsibilities are the same. This reflects an enviable trust and confidence we have in each other. This, in fact, has been our biggest strength through these years, one which enabled us to grow in leaps and bounds.
